Many rehabilitation programs after an injury require ongoing focused exercise that can be done at home or at a gym and require minimal to no equipment. Likewise, pain and other bothersome symptoms related to chronic orthopaedic conditions can be minimized with daily home therapy programs that can often be completed within a few minutes per day.
The below videos provide a few helpful starting point for patients to begin structuring their home therapy programs.

Dr. Jonathan Koscso is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center in Sarasota, FL. Dr. Koscso treats a vast spectrum of sports conditions, including shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle disorders.
